My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2019
It rained all day today and the one photo I managed to take wasn't good, so this one is from my walk yesterday.
Did lots of short bursts of exercise today. Made another music play list, I find it more fun walking while listening to songs with a fast beat. Hope the weather is better tomorrow.

Nice stepping action today! especially considering the weather. I also like to listen to music when I excercise, it seems to make the workout go a lot faster for me
