It rained a lot today and the wind was gusting over 50 mph. I did 2 sessions on my exercise bike and a quick walk, when there was a brief rain break.
Watched Wales beat Ireland in the 6 nations Rugby Union. Good to see Wales win a triple crown and the grand slam.
