My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2018
Yes I’ve done quite a lot of steps today but I’ve just done my normal stuff for a Sunday,I forced myself out the door to do an 8km run, which I really enjoyed once I got out there then I went to work.
Tonight though I just feel really tired so I haven’t done the plank again, I’m really annoyed about that and I haven’t wrote my weekly running blog which I’m also annoyed about. (I will definitely do it tomorrow)
I want to start at the gym and do some strength work to try and help my running but I just never seem to have the energy, I run 3/4 times a week which I don’t want to cut down as I feel I need to do that so fitting in the gym just seems to be so hard!
Any suggestions why I’m so tired all the time?
