Actifit Tracking + Cardio and Weights at the Gym
Hi Friends!
Whaaa?? Two days in a row breaking 10k steps?
I actually went to the resort gym and got in an awesome workout. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical - which felt awesome and totally helped with my steps. I then moved to the “boys” area of the gym... aka the weight section and did my arm/leg workouts with weights.
I tried to take a cute gym selfie... but the lighting was kinda terrible. 🤷♀️
Not gonna lie... kinda felt like a bad ass being the only girl over there.

Did a 20 minute workout in the gym with weights.
Did a 30 minute cardio session on the elliptical.
Ate mostly clean... ceviche for lunch and salad/pizza for dinner. Thin crust doesn’t count right? 🤣 🍕
- Made my healthy collagen, monk fruit and coconut oil coffee for breakfast and had a fresh banana for a snack after my workout.
