Hi Friends,
Worked from home today - which gave me some great opportunity to go out for quick walks throughout the day! I also did a bit of errand running after work which helped push me past the 5k mark in terms of steps.
Here’s my daily health recap! 💪🏻
The Daily Health Highlight Reel
Went for two 15 minute walks during the work day to break things up and get some fresh air.
Tried to keep moving throughout the day by standing at my desk and moving around between emails.
Had a good food day with a tasty salad for lunch and burrito bowls for dinner. I also had my favorite ice cream bar for dinner. It’s made with coconut milk and is sweetened with monk fruit - so it only has one gram of sugar. You would never know though. It’s so bomb!
