Oh boy... this hill is what killed me yesterday. 😅 My calves have been on the verge of cramping all day and I’m super sore today... all from a 10 minute HIIT hill running session yesterday. Who knew? 🤷♀️

My day wasn’t quite as active because I was sore today - but I still hit over 5k steps.
Tracked my calories for the second day in a row! I actually stayed “within goal” today though! Hit a little under 1700.
- Had one of my favorite salads today - arugula, goat cheese, walnuts, blueberries and balsamic vinegar.
