My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2019
Hi Friends!
I hope you’ve all had a great day! I went for a few long walks today, which always feels good. Besides that, I did some yoga and stretching this morning. I’ve been doing about a 20 minute movement routine in the morning that involves yoga, a small workout, and stretching. The work out usually involves a plank, bridge, abs circuit, push-ups, lunges etc.
Had a super healthy food day too. Trying to prep for my upcoming trip. I fly out to Philly tomorrow, but I’m sure I’ll be consuming some tasty Philly cheesesteak!
