My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019
Hello
I had a nice day today, mostly indoors taking down and putting away Christmas decorations.
It was a productive day. At the end of it neither my back or neck got hurt, no fingers or toes stubbed and I am not bleeding from any new cuts or scrapes. All in all a successful day crawling in and out of storage places, carrying furnitures and boxes, plus throwing out the tree
