The top one looks like either a russula or a milk cap of some kind. If you cut the gills an it bleeds milk then its a milkcap. The bottom two are definitely turkeytail. I've seen the second and third ones before but i can't remember their latin names... the common name for the third one diwn is maze polypore but there's a few variants of colors of them with different latin names.
