Chatty Cathy: March 3 2019
There I was resigned to it being a lazy Sunday with no steps to mention then came Cathy.
We all know Cathy since we all know that one person who can be quite chatty right. So I figured I may aswell go for a valk while I listen to her talk, oh my and can she talk.
10000 steps later she hung up and that is how I got my steps today. With some bioplus a lot of smoking and maybe a need to go to an ear doctor.
Some of that is a lie but not all of it ;)
