My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2018
Still managing to keep my step count up. The regular 8kms walk with Rocket today. I suppose I should start jogging and work up to an 8kms jog every day! I know Rocket can do it!
The weather sure is starting to change though definitely some fall in the air, and it won't be long before the snow if flying.
