My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2018
What a great Friday!!
I was off a little early today and fit in an afternoon nap. I woke up on the couch to find Rocket sleeping on the coffee table beside me 🤣
He really looks forward to his afternoon walk, and I got the hint. So we did our regular 8kms walk, and made it back to make dinner.
Still didnt get in a weightlifting workout today, so that's three days without I think.
I will be up early tomorrow to start out with one.
