Aujourd’hui, j’ai la patte qui traine. J’ai mis 44 minutes pour effectuer 6,30 km.
Le temps est légèrement couvert parfait pour faire son footing, ni trop chaud ni trop froid.
Sinon toujours la tête dans mes codes barres et cie...
Déjà vendredi, bon ça ne change pas grand chose pour mes os.
