My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019
After getting up in the morning, after breakfast, talk to your wife about preparing the bedroom. You should pack the clothes that you can’t use in the near future, pack them up and pack some clothes that you don’t wear, and arrange the clothes in autumn and winter in advance. When you use it, you won't be stunned; you will work together, heavy objects, and climb up and down the work by me. The things that are washed and replaced are handled by the daughter-in-law, and some "lost" items are found. Very smooth, after noon, I saw that the bedroom is neat and clean, and naturally comfortable; the family sorts out some items, not only to lose weight, but also to affect the mood, more importantly, a sense of accomplishment!
