Preparing for the Steemit run [7/30]
Guten Abend liebe Community,
Heute war es super heiss beim laufen 🤕 am Anfang lief es noch ganz gut aber dann sind wir eingebrochen.
Kein Ding das nächste mal hauen wir wieder einen raus! Ich wünsche euch einen schönen Abend und ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende :)
6:21 min/km ist doch ne tolle Zeit, mein lieber Max! Davon bin ich noch meilenweit entfernt! Wie du das aber mit "0" Kalorien geschafft hast, das musst du mir bei Gelegenheit verraten! :-)
Erzähl ich dir am Mittwoch :) Dankeschön ich hoffe es wird noch ein bisschen besser 🤪 warst du nochmal laufen?
Es war geplant, dass ich heute laufe, aber ich war zu müde, meine Beine sagten nein. Vermutlich weil ich gestern gut 50 km geradelt bin.
Na ja, heute wurden es auch wieder gut 30 km. Aber morgen wird gelaufen . . . unbedingt! 1 Stunde lang! 👍🙂😱
Das Gefühl kenne ich :) mit dem Rad bist du echt viel unterwegs. Sehr cool!
