My Actifit Report Card: DECEMBER IS THE BEST MONTH TO GET STARTED!
What’s Up STACKERS!
The month of December is the best time to get into shape. The gyms are usually empty because of the holiday season. ♂️
January is the worse Month to get started because the gyms are packed with tons of newbies and getting a good workout is almost impossible.
People will have to wait until February for the gym "traffic" to die down because thats when most of the new people tend to give up and quit.
My plan is to already be in shape right now while most people are just “planning” to do something starting next month. 🤷🏼♂️
I’m keeping my steps low around 2500-3000 because working out with weights is 10x better than cardio if one wants to lose weight fast.
Another workout checked off the list and my next gym session will be on Monday. ✅
However, I still plan to be very active this whole weekend!
