Hey STACKERS!
Nothing really new, just staying consistent hittin’ the gym twice a week.
Getting to the gym is usually half the battle! 😀
I think some people are confused. I tend to state that a person only needs to go to the gym twice a week to get fit. The truth is, that’s just to maintain your GAINZ!
If your a fat fuck (don’t get offended), you will probably need to go workout everyday for several months and be prepared to throw everything you have in the kitchen in the trash.
Only 1% of the population will do this... that’s the main reason 99% who “try” to get fit will fail in a week or two and be on diets for the rest of their lives. 🤷🏼♂️
Getting fit doesn’t take that long, it just about 2-3 months by working out consistently!! That’s hardly nothing for one to do and start looking good everyday.
I’ve been going to a particular gym for about 7 years and see the same people there every week. Guess what? They are all still overweight til’ this day with no results. WTF! 😂😂😂
I’m not here trying to be mean but some people need that tuff talk! If you want the results, you will have to do the work. Stop living with hopium. You do it or you don't, it's that simple.
