What’s up STACKERS!
I’m about to leave the gym after a quick workout and I just realized something... I forgot to take a damn selfie for my post! 🤦🏼♂️
This one will have to do, a picture of some water from the STACKIN’ Mobile! 🤣
I’ve been drinking more than a gallon of water a day for 4 months and I feel great! 💧
It’s pretty tuff to down that much water a day but worth it. So many people will say that you don’t need to drink that much water. In my opinion, they are usually coming from unhealthy people. 😂
It’s like Richard Simmons giving me fitness advice... Why would take advice from him? Did you ever see him without a shirt? 🤔😏😅
Well anyways, got that workout in once again and I’ll worry about the next gym session in a few days.
For those who didn’t give up since New Years, mad respect for those who are still committed! 💪🏼🙌🏼💯

I think a big bottle of water a day is good for our health because it helps our cells to be healthy and it also improved our well-being
