My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2019
Didn’t really go out and take walks around the building today because of the heavy rain outside. However, did a couple sets of Bring Sally Up challenge with my colleagues and did some pull-ups. We are following a pull-up plan that can get you to do around 7-8 pull-ups at one time in around 3 weeks. I can do 5 right now and looks like I can hit my 10 at a time goal by mid-year. Looking forward to that.
