My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2018

Today did my usual walking and managed yo get 5K for my stepa. Rained so can't do exercises. No cycling and tennis. Si i can't get the 10k mark at all. I am just barely fit and cannot get into a real fit stage of 1ok and beyond. I like yhis app as it gives me someyhing to work on.
