My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2019
Pretty good day today :) it was sunny and pretty warm so that was great. These mad winds have calmed down too!
The cycle was great, I’m getting much stronger and able to blast up hills and not get tired and just keep pushing through. I would say I have quite strong mental toughness when it comes to being ‘tired’ ... I push through the pain! Haha! Love it 😀 I’m motivated to keep on exercising every day as much as I can, and hopefully start seeing some great results :)
