My Actifit Report Card: June 07 2019
I won't say my activity for today is good but it is at least better than what it was yesterday. In fact, it is almost double of yesterday's activity. I will gradually try to increase it in the coming days until I hit 10k. I will try to maintain my activity around 10k which is my daily target.
My today's activity included some walking and other stuff which I did at home.
