My Actifit Report Card: October 05 2019

There are times when we think about leaving this country and moving to some peaceful part of the world but it is not easy to leave the place where you grew up. I may be never able to do it but some of my friends are planning to settle abroad. Kashmir is still suffering and if this continues long enough, many people might think of leaving it.
Today is 62nd day of the lockdown and still there are no signs of normalcy. Mobile and internet services continue to be banned. The government claims that landline connections are working but landline connections are very rare in Kashmir.

Moving on to my today's activity, I have already managed to cross 8k and it is only afternoon here. I might be able to hit 20k today but I will be busy today so I am posting the report now. I woke up early in the morning and went for a morning walk. I have started to work on my body and cut down some fat today onwards. I plan to lose at least 7 kgs in 6 weeks. I have changed my diet as well and I am not consuming fatty foods.
