My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2024
어제 오랜만에 18홀을 걸었더니 오랜만에 12시전에 잠이 들었습니다.
아침에 일어나니 다리와 허리가 조금 결리기도 하고 알러지가 본격적으로 시작된 건지 컨디션이 좋지 않았습니다.
오늘은 장도 보고, 지치기 전에 해야할 일은 빨리 하고 쉬기로 하고 부지런히 움직였더니 오히려 컨디선이 더 나아졌습니다.
오후 내내 눈이 간혹 따끔거리긴 하지만, 다행히 오늘도 알러지약을 먹지 않고 버텨냈습니다.
