Today on my power up steem walk I walked my dog during bug bombing my home. There was 2 hours to kill so I put on a 40lb bag and went. Unfortunately my pups paws were not great and could handle much further. We spent the rest of the time after the 8k in the yard throwing a stick. Need more time off pavement for his pads.
