Fast intervals workout (My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2018)

The following pic is what I can see from my office.

Today the day was amazing.
Hoping to escape from the office and go for running and enjoy that sea shore despite I had a very demanding workout planned.

Running Menu for today:

  • Warm-up run of 2Km
  • 3x10x200m r30” ; R2’
  • Cool-down Jog around 1Km + soft stretching

Fist block done at an average pace of 3'20/km, second at 3'15"/km and third at 3'10"/km

Good feelings and no pains during all the workout.
Getting better!!!

Summary:

  • 10.38 Km run in 60’
  • 6 Km of quality Run
  • Average Heart Frequency: 132 bpm
  • Maximum Heart Frequency: 177 bpm
  • Total time including Stretching: 74’
