OMG! Almost forget to post before going to bed!!
I’m really tired. Again at Italy for business...
As usual, after work I have found a place to do my workout close to my hotel.

12 repetitions of 500m at good pace ( below 3’30”/km) and resting 1’ in between.
Not bad at all after having well rest during the weekend thought...

Now yes, time for sleep because tomorrow I have a long day!
