Hard Workout (My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2019)
Yes...ridiculous number of steps...but, you know, I cannot bring the iPhone depending on which workout I have...and, of course, I am not going to buy a Fitbit band or watch since I have a Garmin Fenix and I’m pretty happy with it...
Cold but sunny day here at Barcelona. Perfect for a killing workout.
1000m at 3’20/km
2000m in 6’59” (3’30”/km)
1000m at 3’21”/km
2000m in 7’01” (3’30.5”/km)
Resting 3’30” in between.
Quite consistent times taking into account that the whole week is being very intense in terms of training.
I’m happy 😊.
