Speed intervals (My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019)

I arrived to the Running club without any planned workout in the pocket.
There I met one colleague that told me he was planning for doing some speed intervals at a “comfortable” pace and so, I joined him.

At the end, the workout was 3km of warmup jog followed by 20 repetitions of 200m starting at 44” the first and progressing till reaching 34” for the last repetition.
1’ rest between reps.

It has been an amazing but long workout and we have enjoyed it.

This inspires me to do some speed work. But OUCH 34" for the 200! You did it right though - running the intervals with someone else. Misery loves company!

Yes, 34” is useless and painful, but I liked it 😂
