10K Progressive Run (My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2019)
10 Km of continuous run done in progressively, starting at 5’20”/km ending the last at 3’52”/km.
It has been very demanding because today there was some wind and high temperature at noon.
It’s a pity that I don’t have any target race planned... I think I could get a good time despite it is not the best time of the season because the warm conditions...
Anyway, the running season is almost finished...just planning for the next.
Now the important thing to maintain the conditions till October and enjoy the weather 😂😂.
