Secret Isotonic Drink (My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2019)

Just back from the Long Run of the week.
Preparing my own recovery drink right now...

Oranges, strawberries, seeds, beer yeast flakes and a couple more of secret ingredients are going to provide me some hydration and healing before the shower...
Then, a more protein based meal will come...
