Alternative training (My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2019)
Good count despite I didn’t run today...
Well, I have warmer up for 2kms jogging, then I did some core exercises to reinforce my lumbar and abdominal zones and some mobility exercises and deep stretching.
I have also drive my bike today in order to commute from home to office, adding 17kms more of cycling to my journey.
I’m feeling strong, full of energy and reaching good feelings while running so I think it’s going to be a good running season in terms of racing...
