Hey!

This is my first Acifit report!

My name is Tristan, I am 19, I play volleyball and I have just started running. I have set myself 2 goals: running a half marathon in less than 2 hours by September 2019 and participating in a Redbull 400 next summer (a friend challenged me to do it).

Today I ran 10km in 1 hour and 7 minutes with an elevation gain of 181m. I hope to go under the 1 hour mark for 10km in 2-3 weeks at the rate of 1 to 2 races per week.

Voici mon premier rapport Acifit !

Je m'apelle Tristan, j'ai 19 ans, je fais du volleyball et je viens de commencer la course a pied. Je me suis fixé 2 objectifs : courir un semi marathon en moins de 2 heures d'ici septembre 2019 et participer à une Redbull 400 l'été prochain (une amie m'a mise au défi).

Aujourd'hui j'ai parcouru 10km en 1 heure et 7 minutes avec une petite dénivelée de 181m. J'espere passé sous la barre des 1h pour 10km d'ici 2-3 semaines au rythme de 1 à 2 courses par semaine.
