My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2018
As a believer, I understand waking up every day as a gift from God. After a deep journey (sleep) to unknown cities.
I woke up early as always because it has become my attitude irrespective of how late I sleep I will still wake early.
Today is quite different from yesterday because I did not jog, but I had a fun day.
I did some house chores and hit out to attend a gathering which does not last more than 2 hours, at the end of the meeting I hit one of my folks who has a lawn tennis court within his compound, we played and had lots of fun.
Afterward, I hit the street to fix somethings and return back to my house. Having more than 13k steps.
