A beautiful scenery in my State + My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2019
Tuesday, July 9 was awesome and a successful day. Reaching an @actifit count of 10,000+ is not often for me. However, yesterday recorded 10382 actifit counts.
The day began as usual with a time for devotion which called for heart of love that can easily forgive. 1 Corinthians 13 is a focal scripture that details the characteristics of REAL love.
The emphasis of the message was that we often find ourselves in the midst of people that can be difficult to manage. Our family members, friends, colleagues and clients. It only takes a heart of true love to accommodate them.
I did a lot of walking in the course of the day. Walking to the bus stop to board a tricycle, walking to the bank and back and walking around the office. Put together, I did a walk of about 5 hours out of my 18 working hours.
The banner image is a picture I captured while visiting the Federal Secretariat to produce my National Identity card. Capturing the serenity of the environment from a four-storey building was fun. The greeny yard of the Secretariat complex makes the work environment cozy
During the evening, I did a lot of walking around during my 75 minutes Bible class where I teach youths. We brainstormed on diligence in service and I will be glad to share some insights in my next blog.
Put together, I had a great day.
