My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2018

This is my another experience with Actifit Fitness Tracker.

Regular walks in the fresh air enhance health and improve well-being.

The World Health Organization recommends a daily 40-minute (~ 8000 steps walk) exercise.

I've used Actifit for a whole week. Today is the beginning of my second week. My average activity count for one week is 8981.
