Today was another one of those days which you wish could have been better.
I couldn’t walk to the office that made 4,000 steps just lost.
I walked around 1 Utama, The Curve and IPC. As we needed to get in the steps and it was the evening. We were stuck in a 30 minute jam.
After coming home, I just still had 9,000 steps.
We danced from 11 PM onwards and got in 2000+ steps in 30 minutes.
If the calculations are right, I can hit 4000+ in an hour. 5 hours will be 20,000 steps.
3 hours of apps workout and that wraps up the 8 hours of exercise I need a day.
Mission is to get the belly destroyed.
I still have 31 more days to go and I better get serious.
There is no other time to get that belly out of the way.
31 days I really need 8 hours of exercise.
I mean it!!!!
