My Actifit Report Card: 12월 4 2018

오전에 비가 왔다. 처음으로 직장에 자가용으로 출근했다. 오후엔 비가 그친다는 예보를 보았다.
오늘은 걸음수를 채우려면 좀더 많이 움직여야겠다.
이틀 연속해서 근무한다. 글을 쓸 시간도 책을 읽을 시간도 부족하다. 잠이 온다. 소파에 기대어 잠시 존다. 깊이 잠들지 못한다.
여기서는 바깥의 날씨를 알 수 없다. 공기도 탁하다.
다시 걷는다. 걸음수는 채웠지만 습관적으로 걷는다.
