Hey Fam Bam!

So today was a bit of a lazy today to be honest! I’ve been exhausted all week. As I’ve been getting back into a more active routine.

This is how my day went down!

. Shower (normal)
. Went for a walk along the beach with my dad
. Listened to music most the day and cleaned up the house
. Went to work
.came home, did 30 push-ups and foam rolled

I’ll soon be adding in info about the food I’m eating and also the supplements that I take from time to time.

Today I had a pretty unhealthy day, so not even worth adding in.
