My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2018
A very boring Saturday. Spent most of the morning running around the house after 1/2pint (my 2yr old son). I was then dragged around the local supermarket to do the weekly shop....
While there was a break in the rain, we took the dog for a quick walk around the block.

I do around 5-6 miles in a days works. Im never in the one spot to long and walk around the outside of factory (3 building) is about 6 football fields. I also cycle in and out which is around miles there and back.
I might give this a go myself just out of interest and use the same app as you.
ps, what type of dog you got?

Oh cool. My mum his a mini Jack. I used to have staffies which were cool dogs as well. I like all terrier dogs :)
My landlord says no pets which is a bitch because i live right beside a nice big park
