My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
Another very boring day in the world of @welshstacker. Spent most of the day sat on my backside staring down a microscope (again).
Rain prevented my daily run so basically all you see here is me moving to the coffee machine during work (07:00 - 15:00),and then playing with the dog in the garden when I got home (15:15). Went to pick 1/2pint up from nursery at 17:45 and then spent the evening sat on the sofa!!!
Guess I'll be writing this day off and hopefully get over 10k steps tomorrow when I head out for another 8mile run.
