My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2019
I knew that if I was going to get past 10 000 steps today I had to get out for a run this morning. With my headlight and reflective vest on I headed out a little after 6am.
And I finished a 5K run before getting ready to go to work
It was still dark when I was done...
Didn’t take any more pictures since the goal was to just get it done as quick as possible, or I would be late for work.
