My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2019
Was finally able to get the dog to come with me for a walk this morning.
We did a good 8k and for the first time this week, an #AutomatiWin!!!
A lovely morning for a walk... sunny and the temperature was just perfect (although my hubby #definethedollar would say it was cold)
We did our usual loop and also added a swing by the trail.
The pond is still there and beautiful as always.
Earlier this summer I posted a picture of a most beautiful weed...
This is what it looks like now, and I think it’s still kinda beautiful
Being fall and all, it’s the season for mushrooms. Found a couple that I thought was cool.

Didn’t start work until noon. At work it is the same as most days, pretty busy. Not accumulating that much activity there. Finally home now and ready to go to bed. Thanks ever so much for stopping by.
