Was today another one of those stressful days for you?

Did things go wrong when they should have gone right at work?

Could your boss be any more demanding about all those stacks of over due to dos?

Is it cloudy with a chance of crazy drivers in rush hour on your way home?

How about those listening ears? Was anyone in your corner today or did that regretfully go out the window?

Did your hot peppermint tea end up in your lap?

Well... then I guess your wise to it by now... your having a bad day right?!

Ok. Stop everything your doing... and take the time to breath.

After all... it’s the first thing you ever did in this world. You took a big deep breath.

That’s what I want you to do right now.

Take a breath of life sustaining air. Drop away all those darn pebbles you have been tossing around in your mind.

Slow it down and just focus on your breathing and count to 100 breaths.

1...2...3... Yeah! Just like that. Keep going!


Feel Better?! GREAT!

You can do this breathing exercises ANY TIME you feel you NEED it! Trust me when I say, “Just taking the time to breath is sometimes all it takes to disarm the stress you may be feeling!”

On my half hour lunch break at work, I usually take a nap. It always starts with deep breathing exercises, and they're the best 20-34 (whoops!) minutes of sleep ever.

Hahaha! I'm a deep sleeper as well Nate! I can be out like a light in seconds! I think I operate like a light switch. All the way on or all the way off! I wouldn't dare fall asleep at the gym... I would probably wake up with felt marker drawings on my face! Your either braver or sleepier than I! hahaha! :D
