This was a nice post @inna-world! Thank you for sharing your positive energy with all of us! Your right about walking and running being important to the detoxification of the body! I have also found that when you walk/run your body is primed with oxogen. These means your less likely to get sick (Virus and germs do NOT thrive in an oxogen rich enviroment!) and you are likely to have WAYYYYY more energy!
