本来今天美女教练给我拍了照片,但是忘记发给我了……所以图片还是晚餐吧……

似乎好久没上美女教练的课了……甚是想念……因为相比来说她的课算是最轻松的……(⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)

美女教练的课当然是腰腹为主……

1、斜板支撑拍手,15

斜板支撑的状态下,抬起一手跟她拍手,还原,再换另一只手。因为力量不足,这动作到现在仍然是不稳的……(⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)

2、斜板支撑抬腿,15

3、练侧腰,20

4、练侧后腰,20

5、坐在垫子上负重转体,20

6、卷腹,15

以上动作循环重复2组
