今天去了一趟健身房，这么多年上班不是对着电脑，就是低下头做笔记，反正就是低头、含胸、肩膀往前缩……久而久之，整个人就会往前倾，腰背感觉不舒服，圆肩、驼背也会随之而来……

所以，我现在的运动很多时都是针对打开肩膀、挺起胸脯、增强背部肌肉的。大概有半个月没去锻炼了吧，力量都比以前弱了（当然，以前也不怎么强），一些器械拉10个左右就累了……

锻炼这事确实不能停下来啊……一停下来，人就懒了……就算再重新开始，那还得重新适应……唉……
