今天也去锻炼了，主要是针对腰腹、臀部和大腿的锻炼……

腹部和臀部都是平时不怎么动的部位，实在是不懂怎么发力……所以感觉总是怪怪的……虽然不是什么高强度的动作，但却做得比锻炼力量是还累……=。=

不过神奇的是，虽然锻炼的时候累，但锻炼过后却不累了，有种松了的感觉，而且还挺精神的……哈……

回来的时候发现小区那平时藏着流浪猫咪的闲置铺位开始动工装修了，猫咪都溜达到大街上来了……不知它们找到新的藏身之所没有呢……
