Rest day / My Actifit Report Card: Oktober 7 2018
Today was a rest day from a sporting point of view, as I have been doing a lot of sport the last days. With good weather I was three times with the dog on the way and thus came och a few steps together. Otherwise I delved into my book and in the breaks I screwed on my retro racing bike, which I fit again.
Heute war in sportlicher Hinsicht ein Ruhetag, da ich die letzte Zeit recht viel Sport gemacht habe. Bei gutem Wetter war ich drei Mal mit dem Hund unterwegs und so kamen och ein paar Schritte zusammen. Ansonsten habe ich mich in mein Buch vertieft und in den Pausen habe ich an meinem Retro Rennrad geschraubt, das ich wieder fitmache.
