I went cycling for 7 km then jogged 7km at a vita parcour/fintrack, then swam for 7min and was cycling around the city.

@definethedollar thanks. Actually my actifit app on the iphone crashes when i try to upload a picture. I will try again. Did you see my challenge? seven77 triathlon challenge i hope to onboard as many actifitters as possible and support @nathanmars
